1、可以和用人单位协商解除hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">合同;

2、提前三十天以书面形式通知用人单位或者试用期内提前三天通知用人单位;

二、劳动者有下列情况,用人单位可以随时解除laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">laodonghetong/" target="_blank">劳动hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">hetong/" target="_blank">合同:

1、在试用期间被证明不符合录用条件的;

2、严重违反劳动纪律或者用人单位规章制度的;

3、严重失职,营私舞弊,对用人单位利益造成重大损害的;

4、被依法追究刑事责任的;

5、被劳动教养的。

二、女职工劳动保护法律规定

(1)男女同工同酬。国家保护妇女的权利和利益,实行男女同工同酬。

(2)男女就业平等,企业招工时不得歧视妇女。

(3)禁止安排女职工从事高劳动强度的劳动。

(4)禁止安排妇女从事矿山井下、森林业伐木、归楞及流放作业,《体力劳动强度分级》标准中第四级体力劳动强度的作业,建筑业脚手架的组装和拆除作业,以及电力、电信行业的高处架线作业;连续负重(指每小时负重次数在6次以上)每次负重超过20公斤,间断负重每次负重超过25公斤的作业。

(5)对妇女生理机能变化过程中保护,一般是指女职工的经期、孕期、产期、哺乳期的保护。

(6)对女职工劳动保护设施的规定。女职工比较多的单位,应当按照国家有关规定,以自办或者联办的形式,逐步建立女职工卫生室、孕妇休息室、哺乳室、托儿所、幼儿园等设施,并妥善解决女职工在生理卫生、哺乳、照料婴儿方面的困难。
