机动che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车在道路上行驶，违反限速规定的，按下列规定处罚：

1、时速超过限定时速不到10%的，给予警告;

2、在限速为50公里以下的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到20%的，处50元罚款;超过限定时速20%以上不到50%的，处100元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处300元罚款;超过限定时速70%的，处500元罚款;

3、在限速为50公里以上80公里以下的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到20%的，处100元罚款;超过限定时速20%以上不到50%的，处150元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处500元罚款;超过限定时速70%的，处1000元罚款;

4、在限速为80公里以上100公里以下的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到20%的，处150元罚款;超过限定时速20%以上不到50%的，处200元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处1000元罚款;超过限定时速70%的，处1500元罚款;

5、在限速为100公里以上的道路，时速超过限定时速10%以上不到50%的，处200元罚款;超过限定时速50%以上不到70%的，处1500元罚款;超过限定时速70%以上的，处2000元罚款。

1、记12分

驾驶中型以上载客载货汽che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车、校che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车、危险物品运输che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车辆在高速公路、城市快速路以外的道路上行驶超过规定时速50%以上;

驾驶其他机动che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车行驶超过规定时速50%以上的;

2、记6分

驾驶中型以上载客载货汽che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车、校che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车、危险物品运输che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车辆在高速公路、城市快速路上行驶超过规定时速未达20%的;

驾驶中型以上载客载货汽che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车、校che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车、危险物品运输che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车辆在高速公路、城市快速路以外的道路上行驶超过规定时速20%以上未达到50%的;

驾驶其他机动che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车行驶超过规定时速20%以上未达到50%的;

3、记3分

驾驶其他机动che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车行驶超过规定时速未达20%的;

简而言之，chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">超速罚款扣分标准如下：

1、chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">超速处罚超过规定时速10%以内，不罚款，记3分;

2、超过规定时速10%以上未达20%的，处以50元罚款，记3分;

3、超过规定时速20%以上未达50%的，处以200元罚款，记3分;

4、超过规定时速50%以上，扣12分。

chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">chaosu/" target="_blank">超速行驶是严重的交通违法行为之一，危险系数高，一旦发生事故造成的后果极其严重，是近年来全国公安交管部门重点整治的严重交通违法行为。而按照最新交通法规定，普通che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">che/" target="_blank">车辆在高速行驶时，行驶速度不超过限速的10%的，一般只会处以警告而不会有扣分及罚款的处罚。也就是说高速限速90km/h的情况下，行驶速度只要低于99km/h就不会受到处罚。
